Shipping.

Orders are prepared within 2–5 working days. During launches or seasonal releases, dispatch may extend by a few days — we will always write to you if this is the case.

Some pieces are made to order or shipped directly by the maker; the lead time is noted on the product page and repeated in your order confirmation.

Standard delivery is £6, or complimentary on orders over £150. Tracked delivery takes 2–4 working days once dispatched, via Royal Mail Tracked or a courier appropriate to the object.

Larger or fragile pieces are sent on a signed-for two-person service where required, with a booked delivery window.

We ship worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout by weight and destination. Delivery typically takes 5–10 working days for Europe and 7–14 working days for the rest of the world.

Customers outside the United Kingdom are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges levied on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are not included in our shipping rates.

A tracking link is sent by email once your order leaves us. For pieces dispatched directly by a partner maker, tracking is forwarded as soon as it is issued.

If a parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, please write to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at vorienhome@gmail.co.uk with your order number and, where possible, a photograph. We will resolve it quietly and promptly.
